WELCOME

In the first module, I introduce you to myself, how Reiki completely changed my life, and what Reiki is. We will talk about how the course works and how you can get your certificate.

LET'S TALK ABOUT ENERGY

In the second module, we will take a closer look at what Kundalini Reiki is. I will share a bit about the history of Reiki, the 5 Reiki Principles, and how it works. You will also receive a Reiki Healing from me to get an idea of how it feels.

Module 3 will be all about energy and the science behind Reiki. We will talk about Energy Suckers (also called Energy Vampires) and how you can protect your energy. I will share a tool you can use on a daily basis to make sure your energy is protected from all outside influence.

ENERGY SYSTEMS

In the fourth module, we will take a deep dive into different energy systems. You will become an expert in the chakras (and assessing imbalances), meridians, and aura. You will also learn a quick 5-minute tool to cleanse your aura and energy with Kenyoku.

YOUR REIKI TOOLBOX

HEAL YOURSELF

It's time to become familiar with the self-healing tools. I will teach you everything you need to know about crystals - how to work with them, how to clean and store them. You will also choose the crystals and pendulum you will use for the Reiki Self-Healings. By the end of Module 5, you will have your Kundalini Reiki Toolbox so you are fully ready to heal.

Module 6 will be all about healing yourself. I will teach you how to prepare for a healing session, how to perform a self-healing, and what to pay attention to afterwards. You will learn how to Byosen Scan to detect any imbalances, how to cord cut attachments that are draining your energy, as well as several Reiki Healing Methods.

THE ATTUNEMENT

In this module, you will receive the necessary Attunement for Kundalini Reiki Level 1. You will be attuned to Reiki Energy and be able to heal yourself with full power - your body, mind, and soul is getting an upgrade to vibrate at a higher frequency than before. And the best part? You can just relax, lean back, and receive as the energy flows through you.

STEP INTO A HEALER ROLE

FINAL EXAM & CERTIFICATION

In this module, we will further practice our healing abilities to fully step into the role of a healer. You will receive a Self-Healing Journal along side other tools and resources.

You have made it to the end of the course. In order to receive your certificate, you need to pass the final exam (don't worry, it's gonna be easy). After this, you are Kundalini Reiki 1 certified and attuned - ready to heal yourself. You are also able to take your Reiki journey further and become a Kundalini Reiki Practitioner (Level 2).
