Terms & Conditions

1. Subject of Agreement
By purchasing the Kundalini Alchemy program (hereafter “the program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The program is a digital coaching and training experience, delivered through a combination of live sessions and pre-recorded digital content.

2. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment (via payment plan) is required at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Holistic Balance by Lisa does not store any personal payment information.

By enrolling, you agree to complete the full financial commitment of the chosen payment option, whether paid upfront or in installments. In the case of a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed as agreed, regardless of program completion or participation.

Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access to the program until the outstanding balance is resolved.

3. Commitment to Purchase
Enrollment in the program represents a binding purchase. This is not a subscription and cannot be canceled once initiated. You are responsible for the full cost of the program once registered.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy (German & EU Law)
According to § 356 (5) BGB of German and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once access has begun and/or if you expressly waive this right at checkout in order to receive immediate access.

By enrolling in this program and accessing any digital materials, you acknowledge that you waive your right to withdrawal, and no refunds will be granted.

Please ensure the program aligns with your needs before enrolling. If you have any questions, you're welcome to reach out for clarity before joining.

5. Program Access
Participants will receive access to a welcome module and any applicable pre-program materials immediately upon enrollment. Full course content will be released gradually following the official program start date.

Access may be limited in cases of payment issues or misuse of the course platform or materials.

6. Disclaimer
Kundalini Alchemy™ is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. It is a spiritual and educational experience, intended to support personal growth and energy healing.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. Holistic Balance by Lisa is not liable for outcomes or decisions made during or after the program.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Your information will never be sold or shared without consent.

8. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the business location of Holistic Balance by Lisa.
