1:1 Coaching Container (30-Minute Sessions)

1. Scope of Service

This container includes two (2) individual coaching sessions of 30 minutes per month

over a period of three(3) months, for a total of six (6) sessions.

Sessions take place online via zoom.

2. Booking Period & Validity

All six sessions must be booked and used within four (4) months from the start date of the container.
This extended booking window allows for flexibility in scheduling.

Unused sessions expire after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Scheduling

Sessions are booked by the client via the provided booking link, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling of Individual Sessions

Individual sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance,

a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session price will be charged.

5. Non-Refundable Container

The coaching container is non-refundable.

Once the container has been booked and payment has been completed,

it cannot be cancelled or terminated early.

This also applies to installment payments, which remain due in full.

6. Session Extension

If time and availability allow, individual 30-minute sessions may be extended during the session.

Extensions are charged at 30 € per additional 15 minutes and are payable separately.

There is no obligation to extend a session, and extensions cannot be guaranteed.

7. Payment

Payment is due in advance, either:

as a one-time payment, or in two agreed installments.

Access to booking links and sessions is granted once (first) payment has been completed.

8. Nature of the Work & Liability

The sessions provided are coaching and personal development support.

They do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, or other healthcare treatment.

No diagnoses are given, and no guarantees regarding specific outcomes are made. The results are guaranteed.

The client takes full responsibility for their own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.

10. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Germany.

Once booked, this agreement is valid between the client and Holistic Balance by Lisa.
